Black Dog’s going on Spring Break until the Observer resumes publication on March 17.  I know, ten days seems like forever in webcomic years, but don’t worry.  I’ll use my spare time to make the comics extra good when they return.  In the meantime, have you read all 285 strips in the archive?

It appears that Google AdSense picked up on the language in my last post and is showing even more diabetes ads.  So, in an attempt to reverse this trend, I’d like to say: Nintendo Wii Playstation Xbox 360 Blockbuster Netflix YouTube Hulu Metallica Rolling Stones Red Hot Chili Peppers Coming This Spring to NBC.

I see my front page is serving ads for Liberty Medical Medicare-subsidized diabetes testers, complete with glowering Wilford Brimley.  (He may be smiling; the mustache makes it hard to tell.)  Google AdSense is so good at hitting my target demographic.

Black Dog’s back to regular Monday-Friday updates — and a full day earlier than promised!  I was so eager to start updating again that I convinced the Observer to publish their first paper of the semester on the 14th instead of the 15th.  It wasn’t easy, but it was worth it.  Nothing’s too good for you, loyal reader.

Black Dog is on hiatus until January 15, when the Notre Dame Observer resumes daily publication.  In the meantime, there are over 250 strips in the archive just waiting to be read.
